Debut blog! 30/09/2011
Hi everybody! I have decided to start a blog on all my musical and audio endeavours. First time blogger, so I hope I'm doing it right. This has been a busy week in the studio! This week I had the very talented pianist Nat Collins in recording the near impossible piano duet by John Adams. Proud to say she nailed in, and with some studio magic, it's sounding weirder and wackier than ever (in a good way!) Next up I had Emily Taylor and Laura Stewart in to record Hamburger, a deliciously tasty sounding Baroque piano and flute piece. Once again, (hey presto) studio magic! Got that Yamaha Grand sounding like a nice old Harpsichord. To finish up a week of classical instrumentals, I had the pleasure of mastering Foxes two brand new tracks!! Stay tuned for release details! Get out and support local live music this weekend, and be creative! M Add Comment | MeishaSound Engineer - Producer ArchivesCategories |
